Ordering by phone

Our website displays current stock availability, which is the same information available to our Customer Services team. Unfortunately if an item is listed as out of stock then it is not currently available to order. We do not hold back orders. If you are interested in an out of stock item then our best advice is to select the size and colour you require and click on the ‘Email me when in stock’ button. From there you will be able to register your email address in order to receive an email if the item comes back in to stock. Please be aware that there may be numerous customers interested in an item, so if you receive a back in stock notification email our advice is to order the item immediately. If the item is out of stock when you go back to the site then unfortunately another customer has already ordered the item.

To place your order by phone please have all product codes to hand plus the size and colour you would like to order. The product code is listed on the product page adjacent to the product name.

Our customer order line is open Monday – Friday 09:30 – 17:30 (excluding public holidays). Tel: 08456 53 20 53 (calls charged at your local rate). Our busiest times are 9-11 am and 2-3pm, you may have to wait a prolonged period if calling during these hours.
